Shipping Policy
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within India, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. We accept post office box addresses for your billing needs, if required.

If there are multiple items ordered together may not always ship together – our customer care team will be in touch with you for the same.

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we may use the Indian Speed Post for those deliveries and inform you about the same.

addition, please note the following with regard to shipping :

  • • We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.
  • • Free shipping promotion excludes any additional taxes / government charges
  • • Multiple items may not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses
  • • For International orders if placed – All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office or our customer care team.
  • • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • • All orders require a signature upon receipt, our courier partners require proof of identity to hand over the jewellery as well – request you provide the same when asked for.
  • • If your pin code is not listed in our delivery / shipping zones get in touch with us and we will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a set of earrings, a pendant, a necklace, kurta buttons or any other jewellery, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Beamoure box along with the relevant certificates.

We don’t have any return policy currently. But if any of the jewellery piece ordered is damaged (during transit) or a wrong design has been shipped, then within one week of delivery time it can be returned for exchange with a new piece of same or lesser value.
